The course staff can’t fix how Coursera’s grader works, nor can we fix any possible issues with your account status.
Please contact Coursera support again and tell them the course staff says the problem is on their side.
I tried to reach out to them twice and they insisted they cannot fix assignment grades and asked me to get to the course staff here. But I will try again. Thanks.
This has nothing to do with your grade.
There is an error in their system which did not apply your grade to completing that assignment.
