I’m unable to access the quizzes, assignments and resources for the course Natural Language Processing in TensorFlow as they are locked despite my stipend being valid till March 27, 2023. The option to reset deadlines is also missing in that course. Kindly assist.

I contacted Coursera support and they recommended contacting the TensorFlow certificate support team to move me to a different session. I contacted them but haven’t received any reply for more than 3 working days. Can you kindly assist? I have attached the response from Coursera below.
