C1_W3_Lab07_Scikit_Learn_Soln uses sklearn 0.22.2

In the third cell of the notebook, there is a link to the logistic regression model sklearn v 1.1.1 official documentation.
I tried to play with the class, selecting different parameters following the documentation and got errors. Checking sklearn.__version__ I realised that the one used in the labs is 0.22.2, which has implementation differences. So the link to the documentation should be replaced by logistic regression model.
