Please re-consider where you should reset z_wb. Since z_wb needs to be calculated for each training example, it needs to be inside for loop for “i”. Otherwise, z_wb will be accumulated.
The first test set both weight and bias to 0. So, it seems to be successful, but, actually not.
By the way, posting your code is not recommended. Please remove it.
