C1_W4_A1_Problem with submission

Hello everyone, I have been trying to submit my first assignment of the 4th week but after hitting “Submit assignment” coursera displays “Your submission is being graded.” however after a few seconds the message disappears and there is no register o the submission.

I have tried erasing the notebook and getting a new one and reseting the kernel but the problem persist. What should I do?

This is a problem we are seeing across multiple specializations. Coursera has been informed about it. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.
