i have written my codes in questions document itself. and i have deleted as it is not an updated document.
now i need the question document
if you have deleted, you cannot retrieve. Sorry start a fresh. it is always a better practice to save a copy before trying any new thing, from future perspective.
Also refrain from sharing codes and/or assignment notebook on public post thread, it is against community guidelines. Refer FAQ section for Code of Conduct.

the comment tells you to open the Jupiter link notebook provided at Programm assignment page, then follow the instructions by clicking on 
then rebooting the page,
then clicking again on , then Get the Latest Version, then Update Lab, you will get a fresh copy.

Dear DP, The image you enclosed is of a singular matrix. I had the same issue as Dhankash, which is related to an ambiguous instruction earlier in the code. After I reloaded my notebook I had the same arrays as Dhankash. I could run the code after I ignored the ambiguity.
