Could you try going back in voclabs:~/environment $ (cd … x2)
and run source scripts/setup.sh follow the instructions from there, Thanks
edit: there is a url inside jupyter_output.log file that you can use in case you missed the source scripts/setup.sh output the first time. Hope it helps
