Yesterday run out of time of the two hour slot to complete this lab. However since then I was not able to re-start the lab again, even after waiting for more than an hour between two tries. Keep getting the same error message 'labs.vocareum.com says ‘failed to start the lab’. Using google chrome. Am I the only one having this issue?
No, you aren’t. A few others have reported the same problem.
You may have to contact Vocareum and ask them to fix it.
Their web page has a Contact page, which lists a tech support email address.
Hi TMosh, thank you to let me know that I am not the only one having this kind of trouble with this Lab. Since I posted this issue 2 days ago I was able to complete and pass all the remaining Course 2 labs until the end of week4. Therefore it seems there is a specific Vocareum access issue for this specific lab ‘Graded Programming Assignment 3: Testing Data Quality with Great Expectations’ that is not on my side. Please could you ask the technical team in liaison with the vendor Vocarerum to clarify how this matter can be fixed so I can mover forward to course 3? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, I am still having the same issue with Vocareum mentioned above that impedes access to this specific Lab assignment C2_W3_Data Quality with Great Expectations. As I already completed all the other lessons and labs for C2 and C3, it seems that the Vocareum access is specific to the lab mentioned above. That’s impending I get the certificate for C2. I am starting C4 today. Hope this matter will be addressed soon by the Coursera & DeepLearning.AI team. Regards

The option “Failed to start the lab” has been added to the lab refresh form. If you haven’t filled out the form yet, please do so. For now, it seems like a lab refresh fixes the problem, and we are following up with Vocareum to see what is going wrong in the first place.
