Hi! This is very frustrating and unacceptable I would say. Vocarium did not work for me on Friday, yesterday, and still does not work today. I wrote to them on Friday asking to fix the problem. Nothing was fixed. This prevented me from submitting my last assignment for the course and my subscription expired today. This means that I needed to subscribe again for 1 more month to simply be able to submit the assignment (hopefully, because it still does not work). This is very strange. Would be great if you could fix this with Vocairum, because I am afraid now that this will be repeated again.

Hi @rinaK @rogereo I’m very sorry for the inconvenience that you went through due to Vocareum issue. We did ask Vocareum to look into the issues but we had Thanksgiving holiday in the US. We will check with them again today.

The option “Failed to start the lab” has been added to the lab refresh form. If you haven’t filled out the form yet, please do so. For now, it seems like a lab refresh fixes the problem, and we are following up with Vocareum to see what is going wrong in the first place.

Hello, I also get the same error failed to start the lab
, it pops up when I try to start the week 4 lab “Graded Programming Assignment 3: Building End-to-End Batch and Streaming Data Pipelines Based on Stakeholder Requirements”.
After browsing the forum I see there’s a Google form to fill out for this issue, “Data Engineering Lab Issue Report” - which I just did. Just posting something about this this as well, for everyone’s awareness.

Hi @rinaK, could you please share if you did anything for it to start? I haven’t been able to open the lab for two weeks. I tried incognito in chrome and in all web browser i have on my laptop. I always get “Failed to start the lab”. Thanks in advance !
