After multiple attempts, I am unable to re-start the lab for week-3. I ran into another related issue (Launch Template and as I attempted to restart the lab, I continued to get the following error:
I see that the issue is showing consistently in other courses that use Vocareum – especially “Generative AI with Large Language Models”. Is there a similar fix here? I will not be able to complete the specialization until this is resolved. Please help!
coursera email is different than my login here; if it is needed for a reset or investigation, please feel free to supply a google form (like for the related issue on the other course) or DM me to provide. Hoping this is a relatively quick fix, as I have scheduled time to dive deep into this course; not being able to complete labs would be a blocker.
Thank you for providing the form. I submitted it shortly after your response - do you have an estimate for learners on turnaround times for these types of lab issues to be resolved after the form has been submitted?
At this time, I am still receiving the error with the same date/timestamp.
When I look at the responses in the Troubleshooting form, I do not see anything from you, which is why you are still facing the issue. I don’t know why this happened, even though you mentioned above that you did fill the form.
So firstly, I want to apologise, as when I sent this reply to you, I confused you with someone else.

Please note – the form REQUIRES two lab responses, one from the first course, and one from later courses. The only lab I have truly had an issue with was Week 3, lab 2: “Good Data Architecture”.
The other one I picked was just so that I could submit the response, as I couldn’t continue without choosing something.
