I am not able to open the week 3 lab currently. When I tried to open, it is showing “Failed To fetch”. Please let me know what needs to be done.

Sorry for the inconvenience, there could be a network issue could you try some of these steps:
- Making sure your ad-blocking software is turned off on your browser or network
- Clearing your cache and cookies
- Using a different browser or new browser window
Also if you are using a company laptop you might need to ask for firewall permissions or use a different device for now. Thank you

I have done all the steps and I have tried on multiple browsers for multiple days and cleared cache also. I am still not able to open the labs.
Can you please look into this on priority? I am blocked for now.

Sorry for the incovenience for the lab cannot start, as others reported the same issue in different Vocareum labs. Could you try the Vocareum chatbot on their website to solve your issue. Thanks

The option “Failed to start the lab” has been added to the lab refresh form. If you haven’t filled out the form yet, please do so. For now, it seems like a lab refresh fixes the problem, and we are following up with Vocareum to see what is going wrong in the first place.
