C3W2A1: The lab does not start (Building a Data Lakehouse with AWS Lake Formation and Apache Iceberg)

Dear @Amir_Zare, I am not able to start the lab C3W2A1. All other labs work, but not this one. I have been trying for two days, different browsers, incognito, etc. The error message I get is: “Please wait and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.”

I filled out the lab refresh form. I appreciate your help.

After the form is completed, please wait for three business days and try the lab again. Our team has to do the refresh manually so it takes some time.
Please, let us know if the issue is fixed then.

Thank you for your reply. The error message is different from the ones on the lab refresh form. It says "Please wait and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support, as you can see in the screenshot.

I still have the same issue, but I will let you know if it is hopefully solved after the lab refresh. I appreciate your support.

@brian.n there has been a recent surge in issues with Vocareum. I think there might be something wrong with Vocareum. Thank you for filling out the form. I will contact the team to see if there is anything we can do.

The option “Failed to start the lab” has been added to the lab refresh form. If you haven’t filled out the form yet, please do so. For now, it seems like a lab refresh fixes the problem, and we are following up with Vocareum to see what is going wrong in the first place.
