Vocareum fails to start C2 W1 lab 3

C2 W1 lab 3
I got through course 1, and even the first two labs of course 2, week 1. However, the AWS environment for lab 2 will not shut down - on the Vocareum page it still shows as green, and when I try to open up for Lab 3, I get the following:

The problem has persisted overnight on two different computers, and on two different browsers on one of them. It’s not one of the three errors listed on the reset form, so I have not decided on submitting that. Happy to do that if that’s what’s called for.

I suggest you fill out the form for both of the labs that are not working properly. You can choose Account still in cleanup as the reason.
