When I click Start Lab after about 2-3 minutes of waiting I get the failed to start the lab
error as you can see below:

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please, fill out this lab refresh form and wait for the staff to notify you that your lab has been refreshed. Unfortunately, lab refreshes are done manually, and it make a little longer than usual since we are currently in the holidays.
