I meet the requirements before epoch 15 but my model starts overfitting and then the validation accuracy drops by epoch 15. Do we just need to meet the requirements at some point in the training or does it need to carry those results all the way to the 15th epoch?

The performance at end of 15th epoch should be >= 95% training accuracy and >= 80% validation accuracy.
