C2W1:LAB2. Stuck in the first step of the Jupyter Environment

I am having trouble loading the Lab in order to access it. The first thing I noticed was that when I reach my home page, there error message. 2. the one I am concerned by is the one that says "Failed to load your custom layout. Try refreshing the page.

Then when I in the Jupiter environment, after running the first part of the lab, when I get in there, I am no sure how to run the steps and importing the environments. Do click in the box and then press the play icon or shift enter?

If so does it matter where the cursor is within the box?

Note in the picture my curser is in there at the end. I tried to execute by clicking in there and pressing shift + Enter but I did not realize any changes or developments?

I couldn’t reproduce the issue in the first screenshot and can’t provide any feedback unless you can’t go after part 3. However, I can see that you could open the jupyter lab and you executed the code in the first two cells, as you said shift+enter or play icon (doesn’t matter the cursor position once you selected the cell).
There should be no output until here but after Exercise 1 you are supposed to create a dynamodb table and get an expected output as shown below, thanks:
