To work with the lab material, it’s required to create a Spotify app. But this feature is currently unavailable
Same here - I can’t continue as the Spotify development site doesn’t allow to create new apps. Is there any alternative?

The DL.AI staff is mostly on holiday until Jan 2, 2026.
Same situation. They might need to change the assignment. There are so many issues here, seems like it’s impossible for us to finish the course.

The issue has been reported to the course staff.
No other information is available at this time.
We’ve deployed a patch using a mock APP, so that you can complete the lab, and get it graded. In the meantime we’ll keep an eye out on the Spotify Developer platform in case this gets solved.

Re-opened the thread, because it was not related to the AWS access that impacts other DE courses.
I think this should stay closed, we deployed a patch to fix this until Spotify reinstates new app creation
