Hi, I could not access the Lab1 for Week 4 for a while after the recent update. Is it still locked?

labs only gets locked if you have not completed the assigned week in the time frame alloted to you since you purchased a paid subscription or financial aid subscription.
At any time, still report this issue at Coursera Learner Help Center with brief details about when you started course and since when the labs got locked. So they address your issue.
