C3_W1_Programming_Assignment has corrupted AWS environment

I was able to launch the lab. But the AWS environment of it is corrupted. When I try to print the aws_console_url, it returned empty.

Running aws s3 ls returned the following error:
An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the ListBuckets operation: User: arn:aws:sts::025120589998:assumed-role/voclabs/user4195654=ehjeiztxclqy is not authorized to perform: s3:ListAllMyBuckets with an explicit deny in an identity-based policy

Rebooting didn’t help.

How do I reset the lab?
