Can you confirm the specialisation and course you have selected?
Because I think the course topic name seems to be of machine learning specialisation, course 3 unsupervised learning, week 2.

I have updated the course selection, kindly whenever you are unsure, include the specialisation, course specification in the post, so mentors or moderators can change as choosing an incorrect course can cause delay in response from the respective course mentors.
Now about your error, make sure your cost value is a number and not an array.
