C3_W2_RecSysNN_Assignment: changed original code chunk now I cannot pass the lab

I mistakenly edited the code chunk that is not allowed to be edited (I don’t know how I accomplished that), so my exercise code passes all the tests but I get 0 point when I submit the assignment.

the first item_train, test_train part ==> train_test_splitst_split : typo
the name is wrong. How can I reset all the notebook so that I can start from scratch?

Hello,

Click file option, where you will find the assignment you did which needs to deleted.

Once you delete the file, you will find 404 error on the browser

At this time, click Help === Reboot. Once rebooting is done.

Click help again, then click update lab, then click Get the Latest version.

You will find a fresh copy of your assignment.

I don´t have this option in Menu (Help/Reboot)… Does anyone know how I could recover the original exercises?

Hi @Txema_Fernandez,

Here is the Help button. It should be there after you open the lab on the Cousera platform.

Actually, what worked for me was to reset to checkpoint from file option.

Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn’t. So the last resort could be rebooting and getting an updated notebook assignment.

Thanks, Raymond,

Unfortunately it doesn’t go back to the original version…

Hello @Txema_Fernandez,

Then please try to follow every single step listed in here. Note that the system does not overwrite existing files, so in order to get a new copy of any file, you will need to rename/delete the existing files first. Renaming it is better because you can keep it.

Cheers,
Raymond
