C3W1 lab Classify Images of Clouds in the Cloud with AutoML Images

Hello,

the two out of three progress buttons are buggy.

The “Enable AutoML API” always fails, but the Cloud AutoML API is enbaled by default. And I cannot disable and enable it again because don’t have the permission. Please check the 1-3 screenshots.
The “Create a Dataset” fails, even the dataset is created. Please check the screenshots.

Do you have a good reason for creating a duplicate thread? It would be nicer to have this information in the other thread
