The first question seeing your error log, we would like to know if you updated your lab and using the latest version of assignment because as per your grader output seems like you are using an old copy of assignment.
@Jawad if you have similar grader output as Josh, then kindly follow the same steps as told to Josh.
I am sharing an updated assignment grader output for comparison as you can see your grader cells differ from mine.
Kindly do the following to get a fresh copy of assignment.
Click File==== then open==== delete all the files on this page. Now you will find a 404 error on your web page.
Ensure you have deleted all your cache and browser history before you download a fresh copy. Log out of your Coursera account.
Re-Login.
Click Help on the right top corner, then reboot.
Once rebooting is done, click help again. At this time, click Get the Latest version and then Update Lab.
You have a fresh updated copy of the assignment.
Re-do your assignment.
Make sure for Course 3 and course 4 always check if you have the latest version of assignment before you start to do assignment as both courses of NLP was recently updated.
