facing some errors while submitting the assignment it seem that the exercise could not be validated properly. Because of it, I am not able to complete it.

This is a strange error and I could reproduce it as well for the first time in this assignment. However after a simple resubmit it seems it is gone and pass the grader. Also it is self-explanatory wait or reach out Coursera support. Hope it helps
