can you please follow the instructions here to reset the lab and see if it helps?
Please don’t forget to rename the C3_W3_Assignment.ipynb file first so that the new file gets downloaded. You can do so by right clicking on the notebook file and choosing rename.

Right not, I am getting this issue too. I guess there is an issue with the Coursera lab servers. I will try again later and will inform you as soon as I get any updates.
