Hello,
The first, second, and third labs of Course 4, Week 2 of the NLP Specialization, are not loading for me.
They display the loading bar with the “Preparing your lab” legend, slowly reaching 50% and then staying there for several minutes until it displays an error message.
I tried hard-refreshing the page or reopening the lab from the course’s button several times, but so far I haven’t had luck.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
@fabricio not to say something ‘naive’ but it has solved what seemed at first to be much more complicated problems here before.
I presume the labs have worked for you in the past and your browsing setup hasn’t changed.
Try restarting the computer for me first. If it is still happening (assuming again you have the same setup), maybe it is something on Coursera’s end.

When I had such issue, I tried clearing my cache and browsing history, and log out and relogin in coursera id, which resolved my issue.
but for some course I had to change my browser.
you can try any of the two.

Deleting the browsing data and logging out / in from Coursera solved my issue. Thanks @Deepti_Prasad and @Nevermnd
