After I passed all tests and submitted my assignment. My grade is 0 due to this error" UNQ_C1 wasn’t found in code". Do you have any idea?

Did you modify the first line of the cell that has the “UNQ_C1” text?

Yes, you can add it.
I suspect you deleted it by accident.

As Tom says, you can just add it manually if you are careful to copy it exactly as he shows it. Just as a general matter, there is also a procedure for getting a clean copy of any of the notebooks given on the FAQ Thread.
