Can I use the content I have produced as part of the Deep Learning Specialization to create my own github portfolio (gist)?

To which extent may I use content/code that I have not produced?

The licensing terms of the course material is that it is for your “personal use” only. Publishing it in a public github repo is a violation of that policy. That is clearly stated in the Course Honor Code in Week 2 of Course 1. Creating a product for sale based on it would also be a violation.
