Is this your 2nd attempt in submitting your assignment? and the problem is the same as reported in the first instance?
There is no report of any problem with the server. Could you try once more,
clearing the cache and log off and log back on again, rerun the code and submit.

Thank you for your reminder. I have tried the steps you suggested, but the issue persists. I experienced the same problem with the practical quiz, where I was unable to submit through the website and had to use the mobile app to complete the submission.

One thing I noticed is that your name does not appear in the text under the check box. It should be “I, your name, understand…” maybe this is the cause? Can you doublecheck your name is properly added in the Coursera settings?
