Hello,

Some of the lab instructions are ambiguous or miss details and I was wondering if those could be clarified.

  1. Some of the gcloud commands like gcloud auth list trigger a prompt saying
    “”"
    Authorize Cloud Shell
    gcloud is requesting your credentials to make a GCP API call.
    Click to authorize this and future calls that require your credentials
    “”"
    How should one proceed? Should one authorize the calls?

  2. The instructions state:
    “Important: You must use the credentials from the Connection Details panel. Do not use your Qwiklabs credentials.”

However the credentials in the Connection Details panel are Qwiklabs one.
Is the statement valid only in case one has Qwiklabs credentials outside of the ones created in this Coursera class?

  1. The instructions state
    “Now open this AutoML UI link in a new browser”
    What credentials have to be used there?

Here below my suggestions to each of your questions.

  1. you can safely authorize the call
  2. you are right when you say “the credentials in the Connection Details panel are Qwiklabs one.” You have to use the credentials in the COnnection Details panel.
    This statement is “valid only in case one has Qwiklabs credentials outside of the ones created in this Coursera class”.
  3. When you open the AutoML link then the current credentials will be used. I guess that the user is not required to authenticate again.
