Completed all graded assignments, but still cannot obtain the certificate

Hi,

I completed all graded items (this includes all videos, quizzes, code assignments, reading materials and the acknowledgement at the end). However, I still cannot access the certificate and my completion is currently at 84%.

The only thing that is currently missing are code examples (seen as greyed out on the screenshot below), how can I mark them as completed? I run the code for all of them, saved the lab / jupyter notebook, so not sure what could be the issue? I am using Firefox in case the browser could be preventing stuff being logged. I have PRO subscription, so in theory I should be able to get the certification. Many thanks in advance!

And you still can’t get the certificate? Perhaps @Mubsi might have a say regarding this!

This is what I can see when accessing the course, my completion jumped to 100% just now. :woman_shrugging:

@AniaL, can you not access your certificate? I can see it here.

I can access it from the link, thanks! Not sure why it doesn’t work from the course level, maybe a front-end issue.

Yes, that’s a UI mixup. The “certificate” at the bottom left on your screenshot is actually for completion of the entire professional certificate. Since, I believe, you are still left with course 2 and 3, it shows that it is still locked.

For course level completion certificates, you can look at “My Learning”:
