I can't get the professional certificates

Hello, I am taking courses to get a professional certificate and the last 2 courses out of four have labs that are accepted with 0 points even if all the tests are passed and all the codes are correct. Therefore, I do not know what to do in this situation, please help me get a professional certificate https://www.coursera.org/professional-certificates/tensorflow-in-practice.

please share screenshot of the submission grader output for the assignments you have failed, also make sure when you are taking screenshot you have clicked on show grader output so it gives details on why you failed the assignments.
