Completed the Pytorch: Fundamentals course but certificate is still locked (not available)

Hello I have completed the first course (Pytorch: Fundamentals) of the Pytorch Professional Certificate but I dont have access to the certificate. It shows as 100% Completed but the certificate is still locked (not availalble). How can I fix this

if you have completed the course in the free trial, access to certificate is not allowed. Only pro membership learners get certificate.
