Couldn't find submit button in Course 4 Week 1

I couldn’t find submit button in programming exercise of Course 4 Week 1of the Deep Learning Specialization, but could find it in other courses. This is a bug ? How should I do to submit my programming exercise? or how could I do to find submit button.

Thanks for your help. But I don’t know how to do about “try the Get a fresh copy procedure earlier on this thread and then “copy/paste” your solutions over to the clean copy.” Could you please tell me more detail about it?
