Missing Submit Button

Thanks. Also if I run a cell through the button or shift+enter, it is not returning or printing the output. Any idea?

Maybe your code has an infinite loop.
Or you need to restart the server.

I had raised the issue with Coursera with their Like, Dislike and Report an issue buttons on the page the programming assignment is given. It got resolved after few weeks on its own.

I suspect that your report to Coursera was not responsible for the issue being resolved. Coursera isn’t responsible for the course notebooks.
