I want to create a LLM using ML dataset for the ECG analyser, that accepts image of patient’s ECG and analyse the reports and figure out the percentage of risk for the patient. But not getting idea from where to start and get the steps for that …

To create an LLM from scratch is an advanced project, but of you want to get started on it, depending on your AI skills, if you have none maybe its better to start taking some specialization from here.

Start with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and then Natural Language processing specializations.

This does not sound like a LLM application to me.
