Hello, I am having issues submitting my final assignment for the math specialization. It keeps telling me that there was an ‘unexpected error : feedback not found’ and that I got 0%. I haven’t deleted any cells or modified any code I wasn’t supposed to. I have also checked thoroughly and as far as i know i haven’t used global variables in functions.

This is a known technical problem with Coursera. It’s been reported to course staff.
