Deeplearning.ai python course takes forever to load

it takes forever to finish a 6min video. I have a good internet with upto 100mbps speed, i confirmed it by doing speed tests. I used my phones hotspot, the problem still remains the same. I tried on incognito as well thinking the extensions or cookies might be causing it to buffer but nope, the same issue
