Hello DeepLearning.AI Team,

I have been facing continuous video buffering issues across all courses on the DeepLearning.AI platform for the past 10–15 days. Every video plays for only a few seconds before buffering again, making it very difficult to continue learning.

Today, it took me nearly 2–3 hours just to complete a single 6-minute video, which has significantly affected my learning.

I am accessing the platform from India (Asia).

I have already:

  • Updated Google Chrome to the latest version.
  • Tried Microsoft Edge and Incognito mode.
  • Restarted my Wi-Fi router.
  • Tested on both my Windows laptop and Android phone.
  • Tried different internet connections.

The issue persists across all courses, not just the Machine Learning Specialization. I have also noticed that several other learners have recently reported the same problem in the community forum.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if this is a known issue, particularly affecting users in India/Asia, or provide an estimated timeline for a fix?

I’m not seeing any problem with video buffering in North America.
So that points toward an issue with your local internet provider.
