I’m having trouble running notebook examples because chatGPT’s quota limit. Not even on my own free API-key.
On the OpenAI chart blow, free users are allowed 3 RPM (requests per min) or 200 RPD (requests per day).
Does anyone know about these API requests for free users? Are they like what they stated, because I don’t seem to get any.

I think much has changed about ChatGPT API since the article was published (March 7th).
Has anyone tried using the free ChatGPT-3.5 API recently? I can’t get it to work.
