How to download subtitle files(.vtt)?

Welcome to the community!!
Presently there is no option to download the vtt file directly.
For getting access to the subtitles, you can click on the transcript button below the video.
Then you will find the subtitles in the right side.
If you want to keep it as a file, you can copy it to a text or word docs file.

I would agree with anyone, that highlights in Transcript is not accessibility; though I understand this is a beta.
VTT is something all of us who are hard of hearing are used to and something that companies like Apple are improving in content.
Google Chrome is the next best option as you can have Live captions. Still, taking your eyes off of the video is not a normal experience. So Iām using Live Captions. Let me know if you need to know how to enable it Nilosree

- Click on the play button to the left of transcript :
