Enhancing User Experience with an Unenroll Option

As an active learner on DeepLearning.AI, I have had the opportunity to engage with numerous courses, all of which have been incredibly insightful. However, I’ve noticed that there isn’t currently an option to unenroll from a course once enrolled. This feature could be particularly useful in instances where a learner accidentally enrolls in a course or decides that a particular course does not align with their learning objectives at a given time.

Without an unenroll option, learners may find their dashboards cluttered with uncompleted courses, which can be discouraging and may detract from the overall learning experience. Providing an option to unenroll could help maintain a clean and organized learning environment, allowing learners to focus more effectively on the courses that truly interest them.

I believe that implementing this feature would improve user satisfaction while also encouraging more learners to explore various courses without the fear of permanent enrollment.
Looking forward to seeing more great features on DeepLearning.AI.

This just happened to me. When clicking on an item, I was not expecting it to automatically enroll me in a course. I was expecting to get details of the course, which is actually a button down in the bottom right of the hover. Those should be switched in my opinion. Now that course is just stuck in my learning as “in progress”.
