Looks like we have the same grader issue with NLP C3W3 Assignment that we had last week with M4ML C3 W1 Naive Bayes. When you try to submit, you get this error:
This was first reported by student @supehero001, but as you can see from the screenshot I have confirmed that I see the problem also.

Hello, I am facing the same issue with the same lab assignement. It’s been two days and I’ve tried to reboot server and reset the lab and still get the same error message.
Same issue since Saturday.
Cleared cache, tried incognito, different computer, different browser, restarted server…
Nothing works.
I tried to contact customer service, but I received an automated email with suggestions like clearing cache, cookies, and so on.
None of these steps solved the problem.
Who can we reach out to for help with this issue?
