I’m currently at the week 2 of the course and the graded assignment quiz 1: neural networks basics won’t open. it keeps loading endlessly. What can i do to resolve this. please help. The deadline is on 3 days from today
If the quiz isn’t loading, try waiting a few hours and accessing it again, as it could be a temporary issue with the platform. You can also switch to a different browser, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or disable any extensions that might interfere. Also, try using a different network, such as switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data. If none of these work, consider contacting the course support team for assistance before the deadline.

Thank you. I have been trying since yesterday and I tried with changing browser, clearing cache and cookies. but it doesn’t work. how to contact course support team.

Definitely ensure that plugins do not interfere with EcmaScript processing.
On Firefox, try private mode, which disables plugins.

My deadline passed yesterday, and the issue is still unresolved. The support team advised me to wait 14 days for a solution. In the meantime, is it possible to obtain the certificate without completing or passing that quiz, or do I need to wait until the issue is resolved?
You cannot get a certificate until you have completed all the graded quizzes and assignments. However, you can reset the deadline, as instructed here.
