Hi, I’m unable to submit my Lab assignment 3. It says Upgrade to Submit instead of Submit. Please help
Hi @sriprabhar ,
If you enrol to this course under the audit option, then your access to the course facility and content will be limited. You need to upgrade to the pay option in order to submit your assignment for grading.
Dear Mentor,
Thank you for your support. Could you please help to accomplish this - “You need to upgrade to the pay option in order to submit your assignment for grading.”. How can find the options to do this?
Thank you
My purchases shows that the course payment status as “Paid”. Payment date is Oct 14, 2024. Is this what we need? Thanks for any help.
I’m still on the 180th day, so could you please help me to complete the quiz and the lab assignment?
Hi @sriprabhar ,
If you made a payment in Oct 2024, then your subscription is now expired. Subscription is normally for a duration of 1 month and automatically rolls over if you have not terminate your subscription. When you completed a course, the system would terminate the subscription when it reaches the end of that month’s billing cycle. I don’t understand what your 180th days is referring to. You can enrol to the same course just click on the course and it should take you to pay option.
The community forums are for course discussions. Please reach out to the Coursera Learner Help and they would be able to assist.
Dear Mentor,
Thank you for your response, I have already paid for the course.
The following link
https://www.coursera.support/s/article/208280146-Pay-for-a-course-or-Specialization
says that “Once you pay for a Course Certificate, you have 180 days from the day you paid to complete the course and earn a Course Certificate.”
This means that my paid status has not expired right?
Do you mean that I have to pay again to earn the certificate?
Thanks for any clarification
Ok, I will reach out to the Coursera Learner Help.
Thank you
I think your 180 days has ended, because there is some uncertainly over which time zone Coursera uses for measuring time. Their HQ is in the USA west coast time zone.
Hi @sriprabhar ,
I am not sure what courses that this 180 days rule applied. Below are a couple of screen shots when I tried to access a course (part of a specialization) that I have completed, as you may notice, the subscription is monthly. If you click on the subscribe button, it would open up a page for you to get a new subscription.
Generally, when you purchase a course through Coursera, your subscription is good for only 180 days. After that, you have to pay the fee again.
