Hello everyone,
I’m trying to enroll in a new course using my account, but the option for financial aid doesn’t appear on the page anymore.
Could someone please explain why this is happening? Is there something new that’s happened, or was there a problem in the past?

See the image below, if you are able to see Financial Aid Available in color blue, when you click on that, it will pop with a message that it would take 15 days to response back, you click on apply, fill the application and wait for aid approval.

Hi, and welcome to the Forum! If you don’t see the option that Deepti showed above, please reach out to Coursera (instructions here). They should have the latest info regarding this because this is their platform’s feature. Hope this helps!

You are right, “Financial aid is available” is showing only on the app. In Desktop it is now showing.
it is available on desktop too, there he probably needs to go for enroll option, which would provide him the payment, audit and financial aid option.
