Need to know if Financial Aid is available and how can I get that link to apply

You can submit support requests through the Coursera platform.
No, Coursera doesn’t provide any direct access. You have to use the Learner Help Center, and then find a link to a form you can submit.

I believe the financial aid offer is only visible once you’re in the process of enrolling and paying for a course.
But this is really a better question for the Coursera Help Center. DLAI staff has nothing to do with course registration or payments.

Financial aid is available, when you click the course page, scroll down at the end, where you find
Financial aid available, learn more(in blue) click on the learn more option, you get the apply option

To some reason the financial aid link is not showing up for me, sharing you what I see, please guide whom I should connect with to get this resolved

in the same page you shared can you scroll to the end? what does it show?
the only resort is seeking help from Coursera learner help center which I see most of mentors in the thread have advised.
Even I had seen a similar issue of enroll for free, this could be because you must have finished one course and then it automatically jumps to next course of the specialisation. so check in your course page, does this course shows up there, if ye, then unroll the course, search the course again, you would find financial aid option at the end of the page
