The graded lab module has been stuck loading and is not progressing at all.
This happened to me on the week 1 module too.
Anyone have experience with this or can offer a solution?
I have tried switching browsers from brave to chrome and can confirm I have internet connection.
How long did you wait for it to load? Sometimes it can take quite a while.
It eventually says sandbox failed to load, so I wait until it times out or fails.
Hopefully the staff for this course will have a suggestion soon.
The lab is loading correctly for me (Chrome/Mac). I experienced the same issue before, but it resolved itself upon retrying after a while.
@BrianFitz: are you still having this issue?
please clear your cache and browsing history. then relogin, open notebook from the classroom page and wait for page to load. Also remember not to change the current browsing page to another until the files completely loads.
one also needs to check if their browser and system software is up-to-date if encountering any such loading issues.
It seems to have loaded fine today! Not sure what changed but If it comes up again I will try some of the steps listed above and comment here if further issues. Thanks all!
