M4 and M5 graded labs in the course fails for2 days in a row with an issue

I tried to refresh browsers, switching to chrome, logging out and re-loggining in, cleaning cookies and everything I can but since yesterday I cannot access the labs and always yielding same response: “Please refresh the browser window”
I have active subscription and pro account. I don’t know how to proceed. Please help?
