The second week’s Lab is not loading, “Sandbox is launching” (2)

Today it doesn’t work again.
UPD:
Clearing the cache and re-logging didn’t help.
I’ve tried in incognito, usual Chrome, mobile device Chrome, and macOS Safari.

Hi. In my case, it worked by deleting all cookies and browsing history and logging in again, being very, very patient with the system. Although it’s true that yesterday I couldn’t log in because the loading time was endless.

Perhaps you can try the suggestion from the learner above by clearing your cookies, then signing out and signing back in. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can tag Chris here again, and perhaps he can take a look at what might be happening on the server side.

Hi! According to the team, the general rule (for now) is to just wait for a bit then retry (i.e. refresh the page). This happens when there are too many gpu instances running. The resources will scale up but can lag and hence this error message. I’ll tell them that it happens quite often for this lab so they can improve the experience. Thank you for reporting!

Hi folks I’m getting a similar issue today. It’s been around an hour already so it doesn’t seem to be fixing itself. I’m seeing 422 errors with the following body:
{"error":{"json":{"message":"Sandbox is launching","code":-32022,"data":{"code":"UNPROCESSABLE_CONTENT","httpStatus":422,"path":"course.getProgramLab","zodError":null}}}}

also this one:
{"error":{"json":{"message":"Sandbox is not ready","code":-32022,"data":{"code":"UNPROCESSABLE_CONTENT","httpStatus":422,"path":"course.getProgramLab","zodError":null}}}}

Hi. Thank you for reporting, and I’m sorry for the experience. It seems this is happening to other courses as well. Will report to the team but there might be a delayed response because it’s the weekend.

Hi. If you haven’t yet, please retry launching the lab now. From your screenshot, I also notice the Start Free Trial button on the upper right. That usually means your subscription is not active and that can also affect your access to the labs.

Hi everyone. Just in case you’re still having trouble loading the lab, the Engineering team found the cause of the sporadic error and redeployed the labs. I tested on my end and all three are working fine. Lab 2 and 3 will take 2 to 3 minutes to load because it needs to prepare more resources, but it will eventually open. But let me know if you still get the Reload page with the error message on the lower right (not on the dev console). Thanks.
